Chef Brown comes to Village Farms with over 25 years experience across numerous facets of the food industry. Chef’s former position as Executive Chef, for all the restaurants at Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver, BC where he originally came in contact with the brand, incorporating Village Farms produce extensively onto the menus there.
