Freddy's mini san marzano “crudaiola”

Yields: Sauce for 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. bags Village Farms heavenly villagio marzano® tomatoes
- 1 cup Basil
- ½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Pulverize all ingredients in a mortar and pestle, or roughly chop all ingredients by hand to combine.
- Allow to rest for 2–3 hours for the flavors to assimilate.
