Build-Your-Own Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
- 10 oz. Village Farms Maverick Mix® tomatoes
- 10 oz. Village Farms Cabernet Estate Reserve® tomatoes
- 10 oz. Village Farms Heavenly Villagio Marzano® tomatoes
- 10 oz. Village Farms Cherry No. 9 Fall in Love Again® tomatoes
- 10 oz. Village Farms Lorabella Blossom™ tomatoes
- 2 cups assorted Village Farms Sweet Bells® peppers
- 2 onions coarsely chopped
- ½ lb. cubed beef
- ½ lb. cubed chicken
- ½ lb. shrimp
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse all vegetables
- Chop sweet bell peppers and onions to approximate 2 in. by 2 in. squares
- Cube chicken and beef to approximate 2 in. by 2 in. squares
- Display ingredients in separate bowls
- Allow guests to create their own kabobs by skewering meats, tomatoes, onions, and peppers to their liking
- Brush kabobs with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper (and any other seasonings you may like)
- Carefully place skewers on grill over medium heat
- Cook to desired doneness of the respective meats rotating every few minutes.
- Serve over a bed of rice
